 At the moment we only sell our range of products in store. We will be selling online in the near future. Join the mailing list to receive notification.

Riot Art and Craft has stores around Australia. Go to our locations tab to find a store near you.

3.I'm looking for a specific product, can you help me?
We carry thousands of products in store, the vast majority of the items can be found under the product section of the site. We also carry many more items in store, visit any of our stores today and one of our team will be able to assist you.

4. We are from a school, how can we purchase from you?
We are a major supplier of art and craft materials to the educational market and have products to suit every year level. Simply call into any store and ask for a schools account application. You can make a purchase at any time, all you will need is a schools purchase order form, ask your school finance department for a purchase order form.
 

5.I need technical help with the site, who can help me?
Our site is designed to be user friendly. if you need help with the site please use the contact us form.


6.I want to know about the regular in store specials, where can I get this information?
Our product ranges change all the time and so do our specials. If you would like to be up dated about new ranged and specials join the mailing list.


7. I'm having trouble logging in, who can help?

8. I need some help with a project, where can I get some help?
Our stores are filled with the most creative people you could meet, if your stuck with a project or need help understanding how to begin or complete a project come into any Riot Art and Craft store and we are sure to be able to help.


9. I love your stores and would like to work for Riot, where can I apply?
We are always looking for creative and ambitious staff, go to the careers section of the site and fill in your details, the appropriate manager will be in contact.


10. I've got a great product to sell to Riot, whom should I contact?

11, I've been making art and craft products and want to share them with friends, can you help me?
Want to show off your artwork and crafty projects. Go to the Show and Tell section of the site, add your arty and crafty creations and show them off. 


12.Im an amateur artist and want to try and sell some of my work, can you help me.
Do you have rooms full of artwork at home or in the studio that you have created that you would like to sell? Add your artwork to the online gallery and click the for sale button. We get thousands of visitors to the site each week who view the gallery.


13.I love making projects and helping people with art and craft projects, can I help people online?
Our staff and customers love educating people about arts and crafts, so we have created an area on the site whereby you can upload craft project with pictures and step by step instructions. It’s easy to create projects and share them with friends just visit the project place.


14.Ive got a question about Riot Art and Craft stores, who should I speak to?
Its best to fill in the contact us form, give as much detail as possible and the appropriate person will be in contact.


15.I want to be safe whilst I interact online, what safe procedures should I follow.
 Your safety is our priority. Follow a common sense approach. Never give your contactable details, other than email to other people online. Ensure you protect your privacy. If you choose to make friends online and decide to meet, ensure you meet in a busy public place, like a shopping centre. Tell an old friend where you’re going, who you meeting and when to expect you home.


16.I was looking at a product last week online and I can’t find it now, can you help me please?
Our range changes regularly, so some items you viewed last time may not be available now. Check the item availability with your local store as it my still be available in store.

17.Are all the products online also available in the store.
Our stores and different sizes and only so much can fit in each store, so some items shown online my not be available in your usual store. Its best to call your local store to check item availability.


18.Im a member of http://www.riotstores.com.au/ and I get specials coupons, can I share them with my friends ?
The specials coupons are only for you, you can't share or reproduce them. Each member will get their own specials coupons. If you friends want specials coupons tell them to join http://www.riotstores.com.au/ just like you have.

19.I have registered on the site with my families email address and now my child wants to register with the same email address but it wont allow them to, can you help?
We only allow one user name per email address. We suggest joining hotmail, gmail, or yahoo free email services to obtain a separate email address 


20. I can't remember my password, can you help?
You can send your password to your email by using the forgot email link on the homepage.

21. How do I become the artist of the day?
The artist of the day is selected randomly.

22.I loaded some pictures into the gallery , but they are not displayed, can you help?
Once approved you may need to go back into your gallery item, modify it and tick the "make active" box at the top.

23. Does it cost anything to become a member of the riotstores website?
No, membership is free and everyone is welcome to join.

24.I noticed I can sell my artwork in the gallery, do you charge a commission?
No, we don't charge anything, the transaction is between yourself and the purchaser. Visitors to the site will contact you directly via the "Riot Mail".

25.I'm trying to upload picture into my gallery and it won't let me?
Pictures need to be in jpeg format and less than 1 megabyte in size.

26.I've had my gallery items listed for a while but no one has contacted me?
Send an email to your contacts, family and friends about your online gallery, you'll be amazed about how quickly people start viewing your gallery.
